Pixels and Clicks is a diagnostic and advisory practice operated by Arkatra LLC ("we," "us," "our"). This policy explains what information we collect through pixelsandclicks.net, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Information you give us directly — your name, email, company, and the details you enter into the contact form, the scoping-call scheduler, or a free tool (the OTIF Deduction Calculator, Data-Bridge Cost Calculator, or Forecasting Readiness Quiz).
• Information collected automatically — pages visited, referring source, device and browser type, and approximate location, gathered through Google Tag Manager and analytics cookies, only after you accept cookies via the banner on this site.
• Information from client engagements — if you engage us for a scan or audit, the read-only data exports and documents you share with us for the purpose of that engagement.

How We Use Information

• To respond to inquiries and schedule calls.
• To generate the results and follow-up reports from our free calculators and quiz.
• To deliver, scope, and invoice paid engagements.
• To understand which pages and tools are useful, so we can improve them.
• To send you a report or reply you specifically requested. We do not add you to a marketing list without a separate opt-in.

We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties. We do not accept commissions or referral fees tied to your data.

Third-Party Services

We use a small number of vetted vendors to run this site and our engagements:

• Google Tag Manager / Analytics — site usage analytics, loaded only after cookie consent.
• HubSpot Meetings — call scheduling, embedded on our Contact page.
• Resend — transactional email delivery (report follow-ups, subscription confirmations).

Each operates under its own privacy policy and acts as a data processor on our behalf.

Cookies

We use a minimal set of cookies: essential cookies to run the site, and analytics cookies that only load after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's site data and reloading the page.

Data Retention

Contact-form and calculator submissions are retained for as long as needed to respond to you or fulfill the purpose you submitted them for, then deleted or anonymized. Client engagement data is retained per the terms agreed in your signed engagement letter.

Your Rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@pixelsandclicks.net. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children's Privacy

This site is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
