Walmart's prepaid program is widely reported at 90% on-time against the Must Arrive By Date and 95% in-full, with a 3% fine on non-compliant cases. Confirm your current targets in Retail Link. No retailer publishes an ASN-accuracy bar, so 95% is a placeholder you should replace.

Thresholds move by retailer and category, and some are not published. Enter the targets from your own vendor portal where you have them.

How this read is calculated

This tool is an estimate that shows where you stand against a retailer's targets. It is not an official retailer score. Retailers run their own scorecards with their own weighting, and they do not publish the full formula.

  • Targets are reported starting points, not confirmed thresholds. Retailer programs change by year and by merchandise category, and public sources disagree on the exact numbers. Enter the targets from your own vendor scorecard for an accurate read.
  • The composite weights on-time and in-full at 37.5% each and ASN accuracy at 25%, because on-time and in-full carry the most weight on most retailer scorecards.
  • Each metric scores against its target. A metric sitting on its target scores 92, drops about 8 points for every point below the line, and reaches 100 only two points clear of the target.
  • Below a target means you are in the retailer's fine band, not that a fine is certain. Programs use trailing windows, waivers, and category rules that change the outcome.
  • Target grades on-time against a ship window, so its on-time target shows as 100. No retailer publishes an ASN-accuracy threshold, so 95% is a placeholder you should replace with your own.

Retailer thresholds change without notice. If a figure here has moved, tell us and we'll correct it.
